Requirements

Active CNA or HCA license
CPR certification required
Nurse Delegation certification
Hoyer lift experience
At least 6 months of caregiving experience
At least 18 years of age
Basic computer skills
Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration) required
Eligible to work in the US
Comply with state background screening requirements

Nice To Haves

Dog lovers encouraged to apply!
Client would prefer a caregiver who is a dog owner or has experience with dogs.
Comfortable around an energetic dog

Responsibilities

Assist clients 1:1 with personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
Provide transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
Offer companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support
Assist with daily walks, feeding, and following the client's care instructions for their dog
