About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join their team at Lakeville. They provide high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care in intimate communities. The role involves working directly with residents to provide personalized care and support, making every day brighter. The leadership team has over 20 years of expertise in senior care and is committed to creating a workplace that values kindness, collaboration, and growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• Ability to pass medications (training provided)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM) or PM Shift (2PM - 10PM) Availability
• All shifts must be available to work every other weekend.

Nice To Haves

• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
