About The Position

Visiting Angels is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join their care team in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves providing non-medical care and companionship to seniors, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their homes. Requirements

• Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Authorisation to work in the U.S.
• All applicants must be able to provide proof of vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care and companionship
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry assistance
• Help with errands and transportation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
• Encourage independence, dignity, and comfort
