About The Position
Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Pershing group home is located near 3rd Ave and Bell Rd in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves assisting people with their personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management skills
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors
- Valid Arizona state driver's license for 1 full year
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Responsibilities
