Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, demonstrating empathy and dedication.
Must have a Home Health Aide or CNA license.
Favorable Level II background check in compliance with Federal and State regulations, a negative TB examination, and a statement confirming freedom from communicable diseases.
Reliable transportation to commute between facilities.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents while recognizing their individual needs and encouraging independence.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment by assisting with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support.
Follow all state regulations, including required training and certifications.
