About The Position

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Windrose Group Home is located at 35th Ave & Bell Rd. The pay rate is $15.15 an Hour. The caregiver will be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well, develop meaningful relationships with individuals served, experience ownership and trust from leaders, take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities, and support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role also involves assisting people with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
