Requirements

A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
CNA or HCA certification required
One year or more of experience supporting older adults
Must be 18 years or older
Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
Clear background check and drug test
Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Nice To Haves

Prefer a high school degree or GED

Responsibilities

Offer warm companionship and genuine connection through conversation and encouragement.
Support clients with personal care, meals, daily routines, and light household tasks.
Help keep each home safe, tidy, and welcoming.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, activities, and community outings.
Deliver individualized care that promotes comfort, confidence, and independence.
