About The Position
Assisting Hands Deerfield is seeking experienced caregivers to provide assistance to clients. This role involves providing companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Both male and female clients will be assisted. Shifts are available during weekdays and weekends, including morning and daytime hours. There are also overnight shifts available. Immediate start is possible.
Requirements
- 2 years+ of caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable helping BOTH male and female clients
- Experience helping with personal care
- No Restrictions concerning type of care
Responsibilities
- Companionship – conversation, playing games, watching TV
- Personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Medication Reminders
