We are looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers (Resident Care Associates) who take pride in making a meaningful difference every day. What You’ll Do As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support while helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ? Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting also preferred. ? Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members. ? Must be able to perform job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation. ? Able to pass the necessary tests (i.e., CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers, etc.) if required by state regulations. ? Must be able to work full-time or part-time as agreed upon, on assigned shift, including weekend and holiday rotations Physical/ Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move, and assist residents (up to 50–80 lbs as needed) Ability to remain active throughout the shift Ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred
