Amada Senior Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join their growing team in Jasper, TX & surrounding areas. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Requirements
- 2 years of caregiving experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel throughout Jasper and surrounding communities.
- Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and professional.
- Positive and team-oriented.
- Strong communicators who treat clients with dignity and respect.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, non-medical care and companionship tailored to each client's individual needs, preferences, and daily routine.
- Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Medication reminders.
- Mobility and transfer assistance.
- Transportation to appointments and errands.
- Companionship and emotional support.
- Encouraging client independence, engagement, and participation in daily activities.
