About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable, and caring caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors throughout Shelburne, MA, and surrounding communities. This is an opportunity to make a real difference while doing work that matters, whether you are an experienced PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker, or are ready to begin a rewarding career in caregiving. The pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. We offer flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities, including 8 to 12-hour shifts, day shifts, overnight shifts, and weekday/weekend availability. A $250 sign-on bonus is available for qualified new caregivers who work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during their first 90 days.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement
- Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
- Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
- Running essential errands and grocery shopping
- Providing medication reminders
- Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
- Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
- Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
