About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Worker to join our team in Troy, MI. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities to enhance their comfort and well-being.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient with strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from job site in Troy, MI.
- Must be able to pass background checks and any required certifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and support to promote emotional well-being.
- Help with household tasks including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
- Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or case manager.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
