About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide individualized care to clients in their homes. This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a difference and feel fulfilled in their work. Caregivers assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and independence.
Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
