The Caregiver Supervisor provides compassionate, professional, and trauma-informed care to family units and unaccompanied children (UACs). Working within government processing facilities, Caregiver Supervisors are responsible for meeting the daily physical, emotional, and personal care needs of individuals while ensuring they are treated safely, humanely, and with dignity. The Caregiver serves as a frontline humanitarian professional responsible for supporting the health, welfare, and safety of assigned groups by providing essential daily care, maintaining a secure and sanitary environment, documenting services provided, and coordinating with government personnel, medical providers, interpreters, and other support staff. All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which Acuity International is recognized.
