About The Position

Reena Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver/HHH/CNA to join their growing team. Reena Senior Living in Fort Atkinson, WI, was voted “Best Assisted living in the Area” by the Jefferson County Daily Union for the 9th straight year. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their 80-unit, apartment-style community, providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Reena offers a supportive environment for new employees to grow within their caring team. The role involves providing direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, engaging residents in meaningful conversations, and assisting with medication administration.

  • Ability to engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Ability to assist with medication administration.

Responsibilities
