About The Position
Heritage Village, managed by Life Care Services, is seeking an experienced and hospitality-focused Quality of Life Specialist (QLS) to work with senior residents, particularly in Memory Care. This role is responsible for various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. The position emphasizes providing a high quality of personal care.
Requirements
- Must have a Virginia CNA license
- Experienced & hospitality focused Quality of Life Specialist (QLS)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of Memory Care residents
- Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy
