Our Resident Assistant QMAPs and Caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living and other services, including medications management to residents in accordance with their service plan. Providing a Stellar service in a kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner while respecting our resident's dignity and privacy is what we do. Requirements
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
- Ability to work as a team and also independently
- A love for seniors
- QMAP Certification - for Med Tech position
Responsibilities
- Administer medications according to doctors orders in the acceptable timeframe
- Provide great resident care and support with daily activities
- Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
- Record vital signs as request by staff
- Documentation of care services
- Frequent communication with co-workers and supervisors
