We provide paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow. This is hands‑on, meaningful work where your patience and consistency truly matter.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or WorkKeys Bronze Certificate
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Availability for 2–4 weeks of PAID training (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm)

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in ASL or Spanish (not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral and daily support to adults with disabilities in a day program setting
• Teach social, communication, and coping skills
• Assist with personal care and daily routines as needed
• Engage individuals in structured activities as well as participate in fun community outings and activities
• Work closely with a supportive team to help individuals reach their goals
