About The Position

San Antonio's top-rated home care agency is expanding throughout the Texas Hill Country! Amada Senior Care is now hiring experienced and compassionate caregivers to serve seniors in: Boerne, Comfort, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and surrounding areas. We are hiring for shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, including weekdays, nights, weekends, and PRN opportunities. Open availability is a huge plus! Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Texas Driver's License and current auto insurance
• Reliable transportation and a safe driving record
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with seniors, current enrollment in a nursing program, or completion of a CNA course
• Ability to pass a national background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification/training is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, stroke care, hospice, transfers, bathing, and dressing is preferred
• Basic cooking skills and an understanding of balanced meals for seniors
• Flexible availability is preferred, but not required
• Caregivers who live in or near Boerne, Comfort, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and surrounding Hill Country communities.
