About The Position
Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others? Join our team as a Caregiver and provide meaningful one-on-one care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
Requirements
- Valid California driver’s license and current auto insurance – driving may be necessary in this role
- Experience working with older adults and/or physically disabled individuals
- Professional caregiver experience, nursing student clinical experience, or active CNA certification required
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- Active HCA registration (Home Care Aide)
- 6 months professional caregiving experience
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, incontinence care, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Support daily activities and exercises as directed by the Plan of Care
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Build positive relationships with clients and families while delivering exceptional care
