Requirements

High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
Promote safety, dignity, and independence
Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
