Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant with Loving Kind Heart Needed
About The Position
Right at Home West LA, a non-medical home care provider, is seeking a compassionate and caring individual to provide assistance to elderly clients throughout West Los Angeles. This role involves companionship, meal preparation, accompanying clients on walks, light housekeeping, and generally improving their quality of life. The position offers flexible scheduling, with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, available during daytime, overnight, or weekend hours. The company emphasizes a supportive office team and opportunities for additional training in specialized care areas.
Requirements
- Must have Home Care Aide license as registered by the California Department of Social Services
- Recent TB test (negative) - within last 2 years if working for another agency or 90 days if new license
- CPR certification (required by clients)
- 6 months of elderly or adult disabled caregiving experience
