About The Position

Connecting Hearts is hiring Caregivers with a heart to give, work close to home with a variety of shifts available. Requirements

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a full criminal background check.
• Compassion, maturity, and empathy

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders.
• Personal care: Dressing, showering, toileting.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Assist in prepping meals or snacks.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
• Accompany to doctor’s appointments, or special gatherings.
• Encourage exercise or any other physical activity.
• Memory care for Dementia & Alzheimer's clients.
• Engaging with clients to build meaningful relationships.
