About The Position

Dignity Care is seeking warm-hearted people as Caregivers to provide care to senior/elderly clients. We assist our clients with activities of daily living at the client's home or nursing home and help them maintain quality of life. As a caregiver you will work with seniors doing tasks such as: Assisting with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and medication reminding Meal preparation Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing Run errands and transportation Companionship Transfers and assisting client with walking

Requirements

• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Clean background check (required)
• At least 18 years old (required)

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience (preferred)
• Enjoys working in a one-on-one setting
• Is eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Has good oral and written English
• Has excellent phone and communication skills
• Has experience working in the home health industry
• Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
• People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
• Adaptable/flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• Seeking stable and long-term employment
