About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time PCAs and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in LEXINGTON, VA and surrounding communities. They offer free Personal Care Aide (PCA) training for those not yet certified. The company is client-driven with a mission to support aging adults and their Care Family. They emphasize that caregivers will not be alone, with nurses available for support, and offer ongoing paid training.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (unable to provide sponsorship)
- Two professional references
- Reliable transportation
- A compassionate, dependable attitude
Responsibilities
- Help with daily routines like medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals during shifts
- Keep your client's space clean and comfortable
- Let the office know if anything changes with your client
