About The Position

Urgently Hiring for Caregivers in Roxbury, Jamaica Plane, and Dorchester & Ashmont! This role offers flexible scheduling with AM or PM shifts ranging from 1-4 hours, available Monday through Sunday. Join one of the fastest-growing in-home care agencies in and around Boston, MA.

Requirements

• PCA certification
• CPR & First Aid certifications
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable assisting with errands, appointments, and light housekeeping

• Having your own vehicle is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Support safe transfers and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Offer medication reminders
• Drive clients to errands, appointments, and outings
• Assist with errands, appointments, and light housekeeping
