About The Position
Now hiring Caregivers and PCAs in Windham, NH and surrounding communities! Looking for a job that fits around your life? We offer flexible schedules, short or long shifts, and morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight opportunities. Mother's hours are available, and we'll work with you to find a schedule that fits your availability. Whether you have caregiving experience or are new to the field, we want to hear from you! As a Caregiver/PCA, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.
Requirements
- Compassionate and dependable individuals
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to follow safety and infection control procedures
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
- Helping with transfers, mobility, and daily activities
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Following infection control and safety procedures
- Supporting clients with individualized care needs
- Working some weekends and holidays as needed
