About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring now for Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) in Pelham, Plaistow, Salem, and surrounding communities. Looking for a job that fits around your life? Requirements

• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Willingness to complete required background checks

Nice To Haves

• Experience is welcome, but it is NOT required. We are willing to train the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Help with mobility and daily activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with grocery shopping and errands
• Provide medication reminders
• Follow the client's care plan
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition
