Chanda Care, Inc. is a locally owned, nurse-led home care company hiring compassionate Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Home Care Professionals throughout Western Massachusetts. Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Working phone
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Available for at least 3 weekend shifts per month
• Willing to complete required orientation and training
• Able to follow care plans and safety procedures
• Willing to complete background and reference checks
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care

Responsibilities

• Help seniors and individuals who need assistance remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
• Hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assistance with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Dementia and memory care support
• Compassionate end-of-life care
• Following individualized care plans and documenting care
