Caregivers are needed to assist seniors in staying safe and independent in their homes. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and is a meaningful way to make a difference in the lives of others. The position serves various locations including Agawam, Belchertown, Brimfield, Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Granby, Hampden, Holland, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Ludlow, Monson, Palmer, South Hadley, Springfield, Wales, Ware, Warren, West Springfield, and Wilbraham.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• A compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude
• Good time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Preparing meals and encouraging client involvement
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Doing light housekeeping and routine cleaning
• Running errands, including grocery shopping
• Giving medication reminders
• Monitoring health changes and reporting concerns
• Responding calmly and effectively in emergencies
