About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Homemakers/Companions, CNAs, and Nursing Students. We are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals seeking a meaningful career where they can make a difference. We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, as well as block-hour and short/long shifts. Our team values its caregivers and the important work they do.
Requirements
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, families and the care team
- Committed to providing respectful, quality care
- Experienced in caregiving, personal care, home health or a related field
- HHA, PCA, CNA and caregiving experience is highly valued
- Nursing students are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with errands and appointments
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable and independent at home
- Communicate changes or concerns to the care team
