About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking certified CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care for clients in Warrenton, Gainesville, Haymarket, Bealeton, Marshall, and surrounding areas. This role offers 12-hour shifts, 3-4 days a week, providing stable clients and consistent hours. The position involves providing personal care, assisting with mobility, supporting daily routines, offering companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, and medication reminders.

Requirements

• Valid CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in the State of Virginia
• Experience with personal care, transfers, and mobility assistance
• CPR certification and negative TB screening
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with transfers and mobility support
• Help with daily routines and maintain a safe environment
• Offer companionship and supervision
• Assist with light housekeeping and meals
• Provide transportation to medical appointments
• Medication reminders and documentation
