Caregiver -PCA -CNA- PTO Flexible Scheduling
About The Position
We have an immediate need for Caregivers, CNAs, And PCA's. We are looking for compassionate Caregivers CNA's and PCA's, that would love the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Our Companion Caregivers are not only reliable, dependable and honest, but also compassionate and caring. You will work independently, one-on-one with clients, assisting with a variety of daily activities, forming relationships and providing non-medical services for seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. Experienced Candidates and Non experienced. We are willing to train so no experience necessary.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Strong Compassion for helping people and working one on one
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
- Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus!
Responsibilities
- Bathing, grooming, and toileting, dressing
- Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
- Light cooking and cleaning, feeding
- Transportation for appointments and errands
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Providing Conversation and Social task
- Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing
- Planning and preparing meals
- Helping family members learn safe care techniques
