About The Position
Associated Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join their team. They provide personalized care to help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes, promoting dignity, independence, and joy. They are hiring for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
- Open availability strongly preferred.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but not required — we provide training!
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
- Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
- Provide medication reminders as needed.
- Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
