Requirements

• Active New Hampshire LNA license or PCA/caregiver experience
• Ability to pass a background check and BEAS Registry screening
• Reliable transportation preferred

• Ability to work independently while following care plans
• Candidates must meet New Hampshire requirements for providing personal care services.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care
• Support client safety, mobility, and daily routines
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe, document, and report changes in client condition
