About The Position

Care With Heart is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for 1st and 3rd shift positions in service areas including Albion, MI and surrounding areas. This role focuses on providing one-on-one care to clients, assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and supporting clients to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. The position emphasizes a less rushed environment compared to traditional settings, allowing for more connection and better care.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks

Nice To Haves

• Experience in patient care preferred
