About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for 1st and 3rd shift positions in Albion, MI, and the surrounding communities. This role focuses on one-on-one care, allowing caregivers to provide focused, high-quality care without feeling rushed. The position involves assisting clients with daily activities and offering companionship to help them maintain independence and dignity. Both weekday and weekend shifts are available.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Willingness to assist with personal care and household tasks

Nice To Haves

• Experience in patient care preferred
