About The Position

We are a local family-owned agency that has been in the valley since 2002. We have the utmost respect for our team and their personal choices. We are looking for people that have the same passion to care for others the same way we do. Our clients are independent and live on their own in homes or independent living facilities. This is the perfect opportunity to join our team and make a difference with the individuals we care for, along with having the ability to be heard and help shape the company. We are a W2 company and have 24-hour support from our internal team, texting systems, and caregiver apps to make your job easier. We can have you start working right away. Note: Pay rate is based on experience and client care plans. We will need 2 forms of ID, and we do run a background check for the security of our clients.

Requirements

• Passion for working with seniors.
• Ability to work 4, 6, 8, or 12-hour shifts.
• Provide 2 forms of ID.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for seniors in their homes or independent living facilities.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Offer companionship and support to clients.
