About The Position
We are seeking dedicated Caregivers and CNAs for our 1st shift, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. Our boutique senior living community provides a close-knit environment where you can truly connect with residents. You will play a crucial role in setting a positive tone for our residents' day, assisting them with morning routines, providing companionship, and collaborating with licensed nursing staff to monitor resident wellness.
Requirements
- Genuine enjoyment of early mornings and ability to bring positive energy at 6:00 AM.
- Value reliability as residents depend on you to start their day safely.
- Appreciation for a workplace culture built on transparency, teamwork, and looking out for one another.
- Must hold active PA certification (for CNA rate).

Responsibilities
- Help residents wake up and prepare for the day with personalized assistance in dressing, grooming, and moving safely.
- Provide bright, morning companionship over breakfast and throughout the early hours.
- Work side-by-side with licensed nursing staff to track resident wellness and coordinate daily care.
