Caregiver or CNA - E Mesa IMMEDIATE START

The Next ChapterMesa, AZ
Onsite

About The Position

This role is tied to a specific client and an immediate start. We are seeking a compassionate, patient caregiver to provide respite support for a 65-year-old female client living in a private, home in the E Mesa area. The client uses a Motorized wheelchair along with a Rollator walker. She requires assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including verbal cues and pivot transfers. She has a progressive neurological condition resulting in mobility decline; total care is anticipated over time. The home is well-equipped with widened doorways, grab bars, and a walk-in shower designed for safe walker/transfers. She also has a Suprapubic catheter, but care is only emptying the bag. This client is a retired RN and is bright and witty. We are not looking for someone who simply completes tasks — we are looking for someone who can create a relationship with her and provide ongoing support as changes occur. The Next Chapter Senior Care Solutions is a local, family-owned concierge home care agency built on a simple belief: caregivers and clients both deserve better than the revolving door of shift-filling that defines most of the industry. We specialize in dedicated, longer-term client assignments — 20 hours per week minimum, with most of our cases being full-time — because continuity matters. For clients, it means consistent, trusted support. For caregivers, it means stable hours, real relationships, and work that actually feels meaningful. We take matching seriously. You won't be sent somewhere you're not the right fit, and we won't place a client with someone who isn't ready for their specific needs. That kind of intentionality is rare in this industry — and it's what we're building. If you're looking for steady, purposeful work with a team that invests in you, The Next Chapter is a different kind of home care company. We are seeking dedicated and experienced caregivers and CNAs, to support a diverse range of client needs. Whether you excel in providing specialized, high-acuity care—assisting clients who are bed-bound, require advanced mobility support, or are managing conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer’s—or you offer compassionate companionship and assistance with daily living activities, we want to hear from you. Your role will be integral in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and meaningful social engagement.
