About The Position

The Caregiver Onboarding Specialist works closely with our HHA Recruitment team. He/she is the first point of contact to guide members them through the application process efficiently. The Caregiver Onboarding Specialist is also responsible for reviewing and processing incoming HHA applications via paper and internet, as well as managing and following up on pending applications to resolve them.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Capable of handling sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding service, particularly to our caregivers.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in various circumstances.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HHAeXchange and HubSpot is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Screen all caregivers by conducting a thorough interview to ensure they meet True Care standards
  • Work with caregivers to guide them in submitting all required paperwork and medical documentation via phone and in-person
  • Assist with translating for applicants and help with the digital applications for those who need it
  • Review all medical and I9 paperwork submitted is acceptable
  • Assist with scheduling medical appointments for those who are authorized and in need of tests performed to complete their paperwork
  • Upload all documentation and document notes on the network drive, Acuity, HubSpot, and HHAX accordingly
  • Audit all completed application profiles prior to orientation for compliance accuracy
  • Complete reference verification calls as needed
  • Assist with scheduling orientation and in-service as needed
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and regulations
  • Kindly greet all visitors who walk into the office and provide the best possible support
  • Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with others, including patients, families, employees, managers, and medical staff
  • Coordinate and communicate with various staff in accordance with company policies and to the benefit of our caregivers
  • Answer calls, respond to emails, and return voicemails in a timely manner. Maintain open communication with applicants and employees
  • Encourage visitors to follow True Care on social media and leave a Google review
  • Provide suggestions and feedback for process improvements and efficiency
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives to feel connected to the entire organization
