Requirements

• HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required (we pay for your training)
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
• Honest, energetic, and caring attitude with a passion for helping others

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Work one‑on‑one in clients’ homes with varying schedules and activities
