Requirements

HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required (we pay for your training)
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
Honest, energetic, and caring attitude with a passion for helping others

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Work one‑on‑one in clients’ homes with varying schedules and activities
