About The Position

At Kingston Bay Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, our Caregivers play an important role in helping residents feel safe, supported, and at home. We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable On-Call Caregiver who can support our team across a variety of shifts as needed.

Requirements

• You have a positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors
• You have availability across AM, PM, and NOC shifts based on community needs
• You’re dependable, flexible, and a supportive team player
• You have strong communication skills and approach residents with patience and empathy

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care
• Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in condition
• Encourage independence while providing compassionate, personalized support
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and coworkers
• Maintain residents’ safety, dignity, and respect at all times
