About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services is growing and is looking for compassionate Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional in-home care for seniors throughout Leeward O'ahu. This role offers a flexible schedule, a supportive team, and meaningful one-on-one work. Requirements
- Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- In-person skills training required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and mobility support
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Offer medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in clients' condition
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community outings
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
