About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers/Med Techs. This is a full-time opening with a full benefit package, including tuition reimbursement for full-time employees. We operate on a 4 on, 2 off schedule. Requirements
- Passionate about working with the elderly.
- Punctuality and Professionalism.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Healthcare setting (e.g., CNA, Nursing, Geriatrics).
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Appropriate interaction with others.
- Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and competent care for residents.
- Assist residents with bathing, showering, and grooming/dressing.
- Assist residents with dining.
- Provide wheelchair and walking escorts.
- Assist residents with meal, activity, and medication reminders.
- Answer resident call signals.
- Participate in Life Enrichment activities.
