Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to exceptional resident care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Genuine passion for working with seniors
- Current Arizona Assisted Living Caregiver Certificate
- Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Current Food Handler Card
- Verifiable professional references
Nice To Haves
- Previous assisted living or senior care experience preferred
- Prior medication administration experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, daily living activities, and hygiene needs
- Administer medications according to community policies and state regulations (as qualified)
- Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Support residents' dietary needs by reviewing food preferences, allergies, and restrictions
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with team members
- Promote resident comfort, safety, dignity, and independence
