About The Position

As a NOC Shift Caregiver, you’ll provide exceptional care and support to residents overnight, assisting with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as mobility, hygiene, grooming, toileting, and more. While residents rest, you’ll ensure their comfort, safety, and wellbeing — and be there with compassion and reassurance if they need help during the night. You’ll join a dedicated, passionate TEAM that works together to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where residents feel at home.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• A genuine interest in working with older adults in a supportive, respectful environment
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Patience, compassion, and dependability
