About The Position

Cheer is seeking a compassionate, organized, and solutions-oriented Caregiver Liaison & Admin to support their caregiving team from Friday to Tuesday. This role is critical to ensuring continuity of care, timely staffing support, and exceptional service for clients and caregivers. The position serves as the first point of contact for urgent staffing needs, call-offs, schedule changes, and caregiver support, handling tasks from clocking in/out and scheduling to problem-solving care and filling in for shifts. Cheer provides caregivers and nurses for the aging population, focusing on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to enable clients to live comfortably at home. The Caregiver Liaison's duties include reviewing shift notes, filling last-minute call-outs, reception at the front desk, clocking caregivers in and out, scheduling replacement caregivers, supporting caregivers during shifts, answering client questions, communicating professionally with all stakeholders, escalating urgent concerns, supporting continuity of care during overnight and weekend hours, partnering with operations and care teams, and maintaining confidentiality.

  • Answering Client Questions or Directing to the Correct Person
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and leadership teams
  • Escalate urgent concerns appropriately following company protocols
  • Support continuity of care and operational efficiency during overnight and weekend hours
  • Partner closely with operations and care teams to provide exceptional service
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
