About The Position
This position is for a Caregiver in the Owatonna Area, focusing on weekend shifts. The role is designed for individuals who are tired of traditional caregiving jobs that do not respect their time, involve too many hours, make it difficult to balance work with life, have poor office communication, or lack client information. Freedom Home Care aims to provide a different experience by offering flexible shift choices, clear client details before acceptance, accessible office support, and a commitment to never leaving caregivers on their own. A unique aspect of this role is the personal introduction to each new client before independent work begins, ensuring caregivers understand routines, expectations, and contact persons.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle
- Up-to-date Auto Insurance
- Ability to pass a Background Study
- Caregiving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide caregiving services to clients on rotating every other Saturday and Sunday schedules.
- Work with consistent clients with set schedules.
- Communicate with the office for support when needed.
- Attend paid orientation and ongoing training.
- Complete approximately 10 hours of online training (unpaid).
